13. PPI Identification & Visualization using the Resource and Interactive Modules

This video walks through how to identify protein-protein interfaces (PPIs) and visualize them using the Genomics 2 Proteins (G2P) portal. Using TKT (Transketolase) as an example, we demonstrate the workflow: from locating and exporting PPI annotations in the Resource Module to custom visualization in the Interactive Module. We show how to map residue data onto available structures and customize the display settings to highlight the interface residues.
