Interactions

We use quantitative proteomics technologies to unravel the networks of protein-protein, protein-DNA, and protein-small molecule (i.e., drugs or drug candidates) interactions.  We use careful experimental design and advanced statistical techniques to sort true interations from false positive ones.  By determining many interactomes in parallel and multiple cellular backgrounds, we hope to be able to reconstruct meaningful networks that can guide research in a variety of disease paradigms.
