Image analysis

We develop advanced image analysis methods, with an emphasis on high-throughput microscopy experiments (often called high-content screening). Custom image analysis methods are often required to identify particular phenotypes in cells, organisms, and tissues. We develop and test new algorithms and implement them into an easy-to-use, open-source software package called CellProfiler.
