The NextGen Association for Postdocs and Grad Students is a group of Broad-affiliated academic trainees from across the community.

New Directions Scholar Program
The New Directions Scholar program welcomes intellectually stimulating researchers from academic or professional backgrounds the Broad might not normally draw from, in a framework that’s similar to a residency or a sabbatical, with the goal of enriching our community by diversifying our science and our scientists.
