Working at CDoT

Working at CDoT is an exciting and unique opportunity for both experienced and developing drug discovery scientists. CDoT partners closely with pharma and biotech companies to collaboratively develop therapeutics and most CDoT project teams are composed of scientists working at the Broad and at a partner company. Thus, working at CDoT provides its Research Scientists and Research Associates with experiences that are more similar to working at at pharma or biotech. Additionally, CDoT drug discovery is grounded in a deep understanding of human biology and so our drug discovery projects are also executed in close partnership with Broad faculty who typically do not have drug discovery experience, but are world renowned researchers.
