CDoT's scientific leadership has an average of 14 years of Drug Discovery career experience and have advanced 65 compounds into the clinic. Together, they lead an organization of more than 90 research scientists and associates, 60% of whom have doctorates in relevant fields or areas of expertise.
CDoT is disease area agnostic, guided by the highest quality science-driven therapeutic hypotheses from the Broad PI community. Thanks to CDoT’s position within the Broad Institute, the rationale for projects accepted into the CDoT portfolio draws from a deep understanding of the genetics of specific human disease.

CDoT Informatics builds and manages a flexible, intuitive, plug-and-play, and secure Lab Data Management System (LDMS) which can support multiple and diverse internal and external therapeutics development collaborations by leveraging integrated Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Scientific Data Management System (SDMS) and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) within the CDoT Informatics framework.

The objective of CDoT’s Discovery Solutions and Systems group is to work closely with faculty and PIs to set a successful path forward for their scientific insights, utilizing CDoT’s compound management and assay development capabilities (including the repurposing hub). This team will suggest high priority experiments and work with the PI to execute on these plans.
