Glassdoor honors Broad for workplace culture

By Amanda Dykstra Esposito
Jobs and recruiting website Glassdoor has named Broad a top workplace for work-life balance.

The jobs and recruiting website Glassdoor has named the Broad Institute to its list of Top 20 Companies for Work-Life Balance Hiring Now. Employers that made this list received excellent scores for work-life balance from current and former employees who rated them on Glassdoor.

“We are continually working to achieve our vision of a scientific community where every talented, driven individual can contribute fully to our mission,” said Andy Porter, Chief People Officer. “Broad’s work-life office, along with other initiatives, is helping us create a culture that allows all employees to flourish at home and at work. Making the Glassdoor list shows that our efforts are having an impact.”

The Glassdoor distinction joins Working Mother magazine’s naming Broad to its list of 100 Best Companies in 2017. Visit our Careers page to search for open positions and learn more about why the Broad Institute is a great place to work.
