Dariusz Przybylski, Ph.D.

Dariusz Przybylski is a senior computational biologist working under the direction of Aviv Regev in the Klarman Cell Observatory at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. His work focuses on systems biology, modeling cell circuits using genomic and proteomic data, transcriptome and genome assembly, and analysis of various experimental data types combined with development of appropriate computational tools and algorithms.

Przybylski joined the Broad Institute in 2008 after completing his postdoctoral research at Columbia University. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in physics from Columbia University as well as a B.Sc. from City University of New York.
