Christian Soule

Christian Soule is the associate director of automation in the Center for the Development of Therapeutics (CDoT) at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where he leads a team focused on the development and execution of assays for high-throughput screening. Leveraging his technical expertise and the Broad's state-of-the-art equipment, Soule collaborates across many groups to advance science, develop new technology, and positively impact patients.

Prior to joining the Broad Institute in 2022, Soule served as automation director at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT, where he provided mentorship and training to graduate, postgraduate, and faculty investigators. He utilized industry-leading laboratory technology to design robust, repeatable experiments, including assay development, training, large screens, and follow-up assays.

Soule holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Boston University.
