Update for our Bacterial website users

As of May 15 2015, we have initiated a process of retiring our older genome websites. Data generated from these projects were submitted to NCBI at the time of sequencing and in many cases are supported by PATRIC, the NIAID-funded Bioinformatics Resource Center for Bacterial data.

For many years we have been pleased to work closely with the respective bacterial research communities to create and support these resources.

Data for the following projects can be found at NCBI:

Eubacteriaceae group
Mesoplasma florum
Mycoplasma mobile
Oxalobacter formigenes
Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Streptomyces group

Update July 20, 2016: Websites supporting BioCyc/PathwayTools predictions for bacterial genomes have also been retired (bacteroidescyc, enterocyc, fusocyc, rhodocyc, and strepcyc).
