Guidelines
1. All donations and raffle ticket sale will be collected from the boxes by at least two people on site, who will document down the amount of cash and checks in the boxes and sign their names before passing on to our accounting coordinator.
2. All donations will go to specific relief funds at Hong Kong Red Cross and at Chinese Consulate General in New York. If donors specify the destination, their contribution will go to the specified agency. Half of the un-specified donations will go to Hong Kong Red Cross and the other half to Chinese Consulate General in New York.
3. We will save the original documents for half a year, which will be open to the public for checking. These documents including signatures from donation box collections, mailing records and donation receipts from relief agencies.
4. Every cent of the donations will go to the relief agencies. Operational cost will be covered by organizers. We will NOT use any donation for operational cost.

Notes:
1. Raffle ticket sale is listed as part of donations on 5/16/2008.
2. Amounts are in US dollars. We received 100 Euros during the raffle, which was converted to US dollar.
3. There are $240 of checks addressed directly to Hong Kong Red Cross. We have sent these personal checks directly to Hong Kong Red Cross through FedEx. Checks addressed to our accounting coordinator have been deposited and sent with cash donations to Hong Kong Red Cross through wire transfer.
