Stanley Center Governing Committees

As mentioned on the main ‘Stanley Center ‘ page, the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research (SC) was created by a grant from the Stanley Medical Research Institute (SMRI) to the Broad Institute. The mission of the SC is to identify genetic loci associated with risk of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and to use that information to understand the disease biology, allowing us to develop novel effective therapeutics or diagnostics. The grant terms stipulate our governance include the committees listed below. We also find this structure quite helpful in evaluating and defining our priorities to succeed at our mission.
