Genetic Analysis Platform Technologies

The Genetic Analysis Platform welcomes genotyping and expression projects from investigators both within and outside the Broad Institute. Please use the links in the right hand sidebar to find out about the technologies we currently offer to external collaborators.

Please note that Agilent and Nanostring technologies are still in development within GAP and therefore are not offered to external collaborators. Broad affiliated investigators interested in initiating a project utilizing one of these platforms should contact GAP. In addition, please note that GAP does not currently offer directed sequencing to external collaborators.
