Poster Sessions

Titles and Authors

The deadline to submit poster titles and authors is Friday, October 19, 2012.

Poster Title Format:
Genome annotation at Broad

Poster Author List Format (First and Last Names Only):
Sinead O’Leary, Lucia Alvarado, Chandri Yandava, Qiandong Zeng, Matthew Crawford, Clint Howarth, Philip Montgomery, Matthew Pearson, David DiCaprio, Chinnappa Kodira, Bruce Birren, James Galagan

Only ONE author should indicate submission of a poster at registration.

Size restrictions

Posters must be no larger than 3ft. high by 4ft. wide so that we may accommodate two posters per poster board.

Poster Tubes

The supply rooms in each Broad building will have a supply of poster tubes for your convenience.

Mounting

All those who are presenting posters should plan on mounting their posters on the respective day of their presentation. The posters need to be removed by the end of the day they are presented. Boards are push-pin or thumbtack only – no adhesives please.

Information Desk

There will be an information desk on the ground floor of the conference center, near registration. Information desk staff will be available to store posters and direct you to your assigned poster board.

Poster Sessions and Categories

This year, posters will not be organized by category. Instead, posters will be numbered, with odds and evens divided into 4 poster sessions. Presenters will be emailed their session number by November 2.

All poster sessions will occur in the Rotunda room.
