Do we need to complete the Invention Disclosure Form for all the unpublished work or just the work which is patentable?
We don’t need an invention disclosure for anything that's unpublished - but to the extent a scientist has any hope that it may be patentable or lead to something patentable then we would like to get a disclosure (available here). Terri Dillingham (teresed@broadinstitute.org) is happy to review and discuss with you further.
Where can I print my poster?
Please visit the IT Wiki page on Poster Printing for directions. For further printing assistance, email help@broadinstitute.org
Where can I find a poster tube?
The supply rooms in each Broad building will have a supply of poster tubes for your convenience. Please be sure the tube has your name and poster title in case you have to store this prior to your designated poster session.
When will I mount my poster?
You should plan on mounting your poster on the day of your presentation. You will need to remove your poster by the end of the day of your presentation.
Boards are push-pin or thumbtack only – no adhesives please.
Will there be accommodations for food allergies/special requests?
Meals at the retreat will accommodate vegetarian/vegan preferences and take into account common food allergies. Kosher meals are available on request through the registration site.

New hires who do not yet have an email address, or those who start after registration closes, may register by emailing events@broadinstitute.org with their first and last name.
If I have questions on the day of the retreat, who will answer them?
