A small number of abstracts may be considered for an oral presentation. The remainder will be considered for ePoster Boards (41.6" x 25", flat panel display screens). Please note that these are electronic posters. You do not need to have any poster material printed.

ePoster Formatting Guidelines

If you have received notification to present an ePoster, please refer to our formatting guidelines below. Please note that our guidelines are slightly more stringent than the guidelines listed on the ePosterBoards website.

  • Please prepare your poster using the "Landscape" template available for download from ePosterBoard Templates.
  • ePosters are smaller in size than a traditional printed poster, but they may have multiple pages, which you can navigate through as you explain your work. We recommend 4 pages for the typical poster.

  • Avoid font sizes smaller than 8 point.

  • You may embed videos, animations, graphs and images in the poster. Embedded video may be displayed in the following formats: .mov, .mp4, .m4v, avi and mpeg-1.

  • Your poster may be submitted to event organizers in one of the following formats:

    • Mac: Quicktime, Keynote, PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

    • PC: PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

Upload Your ePoster

Once you have been notified that you have been chosen for an ePoster presentation, we strongly suggest that you upload your ePoster before the meeting so that we may get them mounted ahead of time and handle any technical issues.

You are also welcome to bring the poster on your own device (Mac or PC laptop, iPad, iPhone, or a flash drive) the day of the meeting and have it uploaded on site.
