Current Data Release Summary

Project Data Release Summary

This list represents the current status of all vertebrate genomes that the Broad Institute has released in recent years.  Unless otherwise stated, genome builds were sequenced at the Broad Institute.  (NOTE:  For the exact builds used in the 29 Mammals Project, see here.)

ALL genomes were assembled at the Broad Institute. For all genomes, links are provided to a project page, the assembly files and NCBI's record for the latest build.  When applicable, links are also provided for Ensembl (for gene annotation) and UCSC (for data visualization.)
