BLAST Similarity Search
Multi-fungi BLAST query:This query engine allows you to simultaneously search all the fungal genomic sequences, gene predictions, and predicted protein sequences for the organisms hosted at the Broad Institute. In addition, you can specificy a group of organisms—Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Chytridiomycetes, or Zygomycetes. The sidebar on the right shows a list of the organisms in each group; those listed in green have been annotated with predicted protein and genes sequences.
