New NGS Functionality

New NGS functionality includes:

• a split-screen view of paired-end reads, invoked by right-clicking over an alignment and selecting View mate region in split screen from the drop-down list
• a view as pairs option, where paired-end reads are drawn as a single "template", with a connecting line joining the two pairs; invoke by right-clicking over the alignments and select View as pairs
• the ability to view splice junctions as an alternative representation of .bed files encoding splice junctions, such as the "junctions.bed" file produced by the TopHat program
