The Differential Expression (Comparative Marker Selection) analysis finds genes that are significantly differentially expressed between two classes of samples. How it works: Create a 'sample set' that names two classes and lists the samples in each. All samples must come from one data set. A sample may be in one class or excluded from both classes (and the subsequent analysis), it cannot be in both classes. Run the analysis to find the genes that are significantly differentially expressed between the two classes of samples. Results: The analysis lists the 20 genes most closely correlated with each class.
Select an analysis by clicking its name or radio button. Then click Next Step to have the analysis wizard guide you through the process of running the analysis.Analysis results are stored on your My Shelf page. Click the My Shelf button in the title bar to display your My Shelf page.
