I've been working in Genome Sequencing and Analysis, a subgroup of Medical and Population Genetics, at the Broad Institute since March 2009. I currently hold the role of Team Leader and head up the Tool Development group here.
Before working at the Broad, I completed my Ph.D. in Computational Biology under Mona Singh at Princeton University, where I held Gordon Wu and PICASso fellowships. The title of my thesis was Algorithms for Analyzing and Interrogating Protein Interaction Networks.
