Genome.size

genome.size is a required input file in the DATA directory. As its name suggests, this file indicates the estimated size (in bases) of the genome being assembled. This file should consist of a single line, containing an integer, ending in a newline. Do not worry if you don't know the exact size; a reasonable estimate will do.
