Chimpanzee
From ArachneWiki
The chimpanzee, Pan troglodytes, is the closest living evolutionary relative to humans; the chimpanzee genome is about 98.8% similar to the human genome. The chimpanzee genome was the first to be assembled by Arachne through assisted assembly, and also the first low-coverage assembly created. (The assist was done on the human genome, of course.)
