To save files, right click on a PC or Unix workstation, or click and hold on a Macintosh, and select "Save as". In most browsers, these files can be directly viewed simply by clicking. To view, open in Excel as tab-delimited text files. Note: the cDNA profiles contain ratios (mutant/wild-type). In contrast, the affymetrix profiles contain raw expression data so ratios must be calculated.
