New in release 2.0.1

This release adds to version 2.0 the following features and fixes:
  • Calls can be made to the GenePattern server asynchronously from the MATLAB programming environment.

  • Issues with connecting to the GenePattern server from the R programming language environment have been resolved.

  • Compatibility issues in the launcher for the Graphical Client on Mac OS 10.3.9 have been resolved.
