Introduction
    

Welcome to the online supplement to 'Characterizing the cancer genome in lung adenocarcinoma'. All the files on this web site are linked to this Introduction page. Use the buttons on the left to navigate between groups of files.

This project is in collaboration with National Human Genome Research Institute, three genome centers (Baylor College of Medicine, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and Washington University) along with five cancer centers (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial/Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, University of Michigan, and Washington University). Additional samples are contributed by Brigham and Women's Hospital, Nagoya City University Hospital and University Health Network.
