Raw data:

• This dataset includes:
  • 1) 384 lung cancer tumor and matched normal sample pairs from the Tumor Sequencing Project (TSP);
  • 2) 55 lung adenocarcinoma tumor and matched normal samples from additional sources;
  • 3) 136 unmatched lung adenocarcinoma tumor samples from additional sources and
  • 4) 53 normal samples from additional sources.
