How do I get MutSig?

Currently we are preparing the beta release of MutSig.  We expect to be ready to start testing by the end of the year.  If you'd like to participate, please contact mutsig-help@broadinstitute.org.

The exact version of MutSig used in "Sequence analysis of mutations and translocations across breast cancer subtypes" (submitted), will also be available through the above contact.
