Bruce Walker

Bruce has spent most of his career developing high-performance computing solutions for scientific and commercial applications. He worked at Thinking Machines Corporation for 11 years and was part of the core design team for their massively parallel Connection Machine supercomputers. He then moved to Sun Microsystems for 5 years, holding a variety of positions, including high-end server engineering manager, director of e-commerce for Sun's corporate IT organization, and chief technology officer for the iPlanet E-Commerce Products Division. Before joining WICGR, he served as chief technology officer for Internet Venture Works. Bruce holds a B.S. in Physics from MIT.
