Verticillium group Database
The Verticillium comparative genomics database is designed to provide accesses to multiple sequenced Verticillium genomes simultaneously to facilitate the comparative analysis among these closely related fungal species. This comparative project is part of the Broad Fungal Genome Inititative and was funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Cooperative State Research Education and Extension Service through NSF/USDA Microbial Genome Sequencing Program.
