12/15/2006    Syngenta ESTs activated for viewing

We have fixed a release problem which was causing the Syngenta EST sequences not to be publicly displayed. They should now be visible in the browser views and searchable from the Find Features page. We apologize for any inconvenience.

10/23/2006    The release of our 8X sequence assembly (1.0 version) of Phytophthora infestans.

The sequence traces from the Broad Institute sequencing can be downloaded from the NCBI trace repository. This Whole Genome Shotgun project has been deposited at DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank under the project accession AATU01000000.
