Mollicutes bacterium D7

Mollicutes bacterium D7 was isolated from an intestinal biopsy specimen taken from the transverse colon of a 59-year-old female patient with active Crohn's disease. The tissue from which the isolate was recovered was inflamed at the time of collection.
