11/7/2008 Release of the results of automated annotation on H. capsulatum NAm1
The Broad Institute has sequenced several Histoplasma capsulatum genomes which has enabled us to improve our original annotation of the Histoplasma capsulatum NAm1 genome.
This annotated release presents:
- A predicted protein gene set of 9,248 genes and 9,251 transcripts.
- Protein and nucleotide BLAST databases
- Precomputed results of BlastX and HMMer Analyses
- Alternative proteins predicted by various gene callers (GeneID and FGeneSH)
- tRNA predictions
- RFam features
