  • Coverage -fold coverage of the genome sequenced
  • Assembly Size length of complete genome sequence, calculated by adding lengths of all scaffolds together
  • Total Contig Length total length of all the contigs added together
  • Scaffolds number of scaffolds/supercontigs contained in a genome assembly
  • Scaffold N50 length of the scaffold containing the middle base of the genome
  • Contigs number of contigs contained in a genome assembly
  • Contig N50 length of the contig containing the middle base of the genome
  • %Q40 percentage of contig bases with quality scores equal to or greater than 40
  • Plasmid number of plasmids sequenced and subsequently assembled in the genome
  • Fosmid number of fosmids sequenced and subsequently assembled in the genome
