The Colletotrichum genome database provides access to the sequenced Colletotrichum graminicola genome. The Colletotrichum genome project is part of the Broad Fungal Genome Initiative, and was funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Cooperative State Research Education and Extension Service through NSF/USDA Microbial Genome Sequencing Program.
