Clostridiales bacterium 1_7_47_FAA assembly 1

This strain was isolated from a 25 year old female patient with Crohn's diseas and active inflammation at the time of biopsy. The biopsy site was the sigmoid colon. The biopsy sample was placed directly into anaerobic conditions and the strain was recovered by direct culturing on fastidious anaerobe agar.
