Neurospora crassa Supercontig & Contig Table
Supercontig and contig numbers are preceded by the version of the assembly. For example, 'Contig 7.25' refers to contig number 25 within release 7.The supercontig-contig correlations can be downloaded in a comma-separated file: neurospora_crassa_7_contigs.csv. The optical mapping information can be viewed by clicking on a linkage group below, or downloaded at neurospora_crassa_7_optical_map_info.txt
