Contigs and supercontigs have been anchored to the genetic map by locating the position of genetic markers within the current assembly.

The genetic map consists of approximately 200 genetic markers placed within eight linkage groups. The markers with associated sequence have been located in our current assembly using BLASTN. See Genetic Map Errata for details of additional map information.
