Argo Internal Home
This is the Argo Internal Home Page. It links to all information
specific to internal Broad Institute use of Argo, such as database
connectivity and where to put files so they are automatically detected
and registered in the track table. Go to the external
Argo help pages for general information on how to use argo.
Here are some things you might want to do:
- Download the latest internal version of Argo.
- Log on to the calhoun database: email/call/visit Reinhard for guest
account or permanent account. Contact info below.
- Make your database tracks
visible in the argo track table.
- Make your database sequence
editable.
- Stick your track files in the Calhoun
Filebase, our central shared repository, so they are
automatically detected and registered in the argo track table for
internal Broad users.
