Argo Sequence View Window
The Argo Sequence View window shows detailed information for a single contiguous sequence at a time. Open a new Sequence View window from the File menu.
The Sequence View window contains three panels: a feature map, an Inspector panel, and a Finder panel. Each Sequence View supports tabbed browsing of multiple feature maps. Right click on a tab to close or move it. Right click in the window, with all tabs closed, to see the sequence view specific options described below:
