Argo Rulers Menu

This page describes each menu item in the Argo Rulers menu.

 Menu Item  Shortcut Active If... Description
Standard: Sequence Position feature map active Shows numeric sequence position.
Standard: Left to Right Codons feature map active Shows all possible start and stop codons by reading frame.
Standard: Right to Left Codons feature map active Shows all possible start and stop codons by reading frame.
Standard: GC Content feature map active Shows graph of GC content.
Standard: Raw Sequence feature map active Shows nucleotides if zoomed in close enough. Default selected.
Custom Data: Edit feature map active Displays a dialog box with two buttons:
  • Select Load from File to create rulers that graph user-defined tab-delimited data. Argo adds new rulers to the Rulers menu. Untick a ruler to temporarily remove it from the feature map.
  • Select Clear Loaded Files from Memory to remove the user-defined rulers from memory.
