Argo Finder Panel
Use the Finder Panel to:
- Select features in the feature map that match specified criteria (Feature Finder Panel)
- Highlight columns of sequence in the feature map that match a specified pattern (Sequence Finder Panel)
Feature Finder
Choose a criterion from the list, an operator, and a value to match. Use the plus and minus buttons to add and remove criteria. Argo combines multiple criteria using a logical AND. Click Search. Argo selects the matching features in the feature map. The number of selected matches is shown at the bottom of the Sequence View window.
Sequence Finder
Choose a strand to search and type in a regular expression pattern. Click Search. Argo highlights matching segments as yellow columns in the feature map. Optionally, use Featurize highlighted columns in the Edit menu to create temporary features for each column.
