Integrative Genomics Portal (Broad IGP)

Welcome to the Broad Integrative Genomics Portal, which allows the sharing (both private and public) of annotated and integrated genomic datasets. The portal provides both data analyses and visualizations. To view planned future enhancements you may access the development prototype.


Funding for development of the Integrative Genomics Portal was provided by the Starr Cancer Consortium.


News / Events

Mar 20, 2012: The portal has been updated to 2.13.10 and the GENE-E application to version 2.0.13 

Nov 21, 2011: The IGP Portal will be unavailable Tues Nov 22, 2011 from 11-3pm for scheduled maintenance on the underlying servers. 

Mar 29, 2011: The portal has been updated to version 2.11.7

Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV)
Visualize a data set in the Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV), a high-performance visualization tool for interactive exploration of large integrated data sets.

Differential Expression Analysis
Find genes that are significantly differentially expressed between two user-defined classes of samples from an expression data set available on this portal.

Gene co-expression
View the top 20 genes in a data set that are co-expressed with a gene of interest.

Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA)
Find pathway gene sets correlated with a gene of interest. Domain experts curate the pathway gene sets based on data from several online pathway databases.
